학생 비자(스터디 퍼밋)의 경우에도 주당 20시간 내에 일을 할 수 있고,

 

방학기간에는 주당 40시간까지 풀타임 잡으로 일할 수 있으니까요.

 

학생들에게 가장 인기있는 잡 중에 하나가 아마 서버가 아닐까 싶어요.

그래서 오늘은 서버로 일하기 위해 꼭 필요한 자격증(이라고 하긴 좀 거창한;;)

먼저 이게 뭐냐면, 주류를 취급하는 업종에서 술판매에 대한 기본 지식을 갖추도록 하는

 

일종의 교육 과정 이수 여부를 나타내는 거라고 보시면 돼요.

 

주류 판매나 서빙을 하는 잡을 구하게 될 수도 있으니 필요한 거고,

 

Hospitality Management와 같은 과목을 수강 중인 학생들에게는

 

수업을 위해서도 학교에서 취득하도록 가이드하는 그런 자격증이에요.

 

아, 물론 BC주 한정이고 다른 주에는 또 다른 룰이 있겠지요..
